What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you leave a comment or review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

If you have have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Contact forms
If you submit a request for information or a certain product via our contact form, we will retain your e-mail address for the length of time needed to fulfill your request. We do not use the information submitted in the form for marketing purposes.
Who we share your data with
If you are placing an order and have given us your credit information, we input your number and address through our secure processor, First Data. You may see their privacy policy here. We do not share your data with any other persons or companies.
Your shipping & credit card information & how long we retain it
If you have placed an mail order with us, that information is only seen by the company owner who also handles all shipping. Any shipping information (including credit card if supplied) is kept securely for a short period to facilitate returns, then shredded. No shipping or credit card information is stored electronically.
E-mail addresses supplied during the ordering process are retained indefinitely for the sole purpose of sending Backward Glances promotions and newsletters, and are not shared with any third party. If you do not wish your e-mail to be used for this purpose, please let us know and it will be removed from our list.
