Newly made but classic black pork pie hat. This hat has a black band with a bow and a brown, red and polka dot feathers. It is an adjustable size via the band inside the hat.  The hat measures 23" around the inside.

Care instructions: spot clean only and line dry. Do not bleach, do not iron.
