Now that you have finished your vintage shopping, here’s how to order!
If you can’t make it to our store, all items can be mail ordered. We have a $5 merchandise minimum for orders within the U.S., and a $10 minimum for international orders.
Note: We will not be taking or shipping orders from Wednesday 4/11 to Wednesday 4/18, but our Asbury Park retail store will be open. If you need an item delivered during this period, please order in advance.
Call us at (732) 774-0007 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. ; and Friday & Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (no phone orders will be taken on Sunday) or e-mail us any time with your information. If you need rush shipping, it is recommended that you call.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. We need the following information to ship your credit card order: name, your shipping address, card number and expiration date, and your billing address as it appears on your credit card records, and the 3 digit security number on the back of your card.
We do accept money orders and personal checks (U.S. only; international orders must pay via credit card or Paypal). However, there will be a two-week hold period for shipments when payment is via personal check or money orders. Please do not send checks or money orders without contacting us to determine if the items you want are in stock first.
We do accept Paypal. Please give us your shipping address to determine shipping charges in order to send you an invoice.
SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIME:
Prices do not include shipping and handling. Shipping/handling charges start at $7, and increase depending on the amount of items ordered.
This price includes tracking and insurance up to $50.
All domestic orders are usually shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which has an average delivery of 2 to 3 days. Overnight shipments and international shipping are available with additional charges.
When you are vintage shopping, remember that clothing sizes are different than they were in the past.
So if you are ordering vintage clothing online, please have your measurements ready:
For pants: waist size and length in inches.
For men’s shirts: small, medium, large or extra-large, or neck size in inches.
For men’s jackets: standard jacket measurements, i.e. 40, 42 etc.
For women’s dresses and shirts: bust and waist measurements in inches. (There are no standards to women’s number sizes and they have changed greatly in the last 50 years.)
If you are ordering several outfits at once, please e-mail us with your want list instead of phoning, so we can devote proper time to find your items and not neglect the shoppers in our store. We will get back to you promptly.
MAIL ORDER RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 48 hours of receipt, and let us know what you are returning and why. Ship the items back to us within 5 mailing days after receiving your purchase. Once we have received them, in their original condition, we will refund your money (shipping charges are not refundable).
